#46 - "The Tension's So Thick..."

Sonic and SkullWorm discuss how to win the fight. Generic Worm continues to be attacked.

 

#47 - "...I Can Cut It With An Icepick"

SkullWorm orders Generic Worm to use "Freeze." Unable to attack Generic Worm, Osama busts his hand on the ice.

 

#48 - "I Smell Catch Phrase!"

SkullWorm uses the French Sheep Strike and wins the battle. However, Shadow once again refuses to lose and prepares an attack.

 

#49 - "Apparently However, No Self-Control"

Shadow uses Chaos Control and kills Sonic. SkullWorm becomes desperate, when suddenly he starts to glow.

 

#50 - "Je Serai Le Retour"

SkullWorm uses Armageddon and wipes out Shadow, warping out of the battle in the process. The reader is notified of what happens to the characters.

 

 

#51 - "Battle Already?"

Knuckles and Sonic are attacked by Rockman on their way to the Wormalair (headquarters).

 

#52 - "Ignorance Is Bliss... Most of the Time"

Sonic tries to attack Rockman and fails. Rockman prepares an attack.

 

#53 - "Welcome Addition"

Shadow jumps in the fray and deflects Rockman's Slicer Beam, signaling to the reader that he's switched sides. Shadow says he has a plan.

 

#54 - "Novel Idea" (Alternate Title: "Fore-shadow-ing")

Shadow knocks Rockman down and tells the others to run. On the way, the three heroes discuss the wherabouts of the Murasame, Shadow's old sword.

 

#55 - "Meanwhile, Back at the Wormalair"

SkullWorm, Tails, Amy, and Rouge discuss their personal opinions on what's taking the others so long. Meanwhile, right outside the headquarters, Sonic and the other knock on the door to no avail.

 

#56 - "Shocking. No Really, It Is"

Sonic reports to SkullWorm what happened to them. SkullWorm scolds them for running away until he learns the identity of the attacker.

 

#57 - "Background"

SkullWorm tells the others of a previous encounter he had with Rockman along with his general behavior.

 

#58 - "Decisions, Decisions"

Rockman arrives at the lair. The seven heroes debate on which four members they should take. They settle on a group of SkullWorm, Knuckles, Shadow, and Amy.

 

#59 - "Futility"

After making a bold statement, SkullWorm is choked by Rockman, followed by Knuckles being knocked out. Shadow and Amy try to figure out a way to defeat Rockman.

 

#60 - "Switcheroo"

Tails switches himself in the place of Knuckles in the battle, and explains the new "Character Switch" feature which allows any character to switch with a character that's not being used, as long as they're not dead or being attacked. Tails then mentions that they can take down Rockman if they save SkullWorm.

 

#61 - "Shit Happens"

Amy flings her hammer at Rockman's arm, making it fall off and releasing SkullWorm. Rockman retaliates by using the fraid cords on the socket where his arm used to be to shock the heroes.

 

#62 - "Uh, More Shit Happens"

Tails and SkullWorm perform a Joint Attack, Clog, that uses Tails' limbs to clog any guns or attack areas of Rockman's body. Tails politely asks Rockman to try to attack.

 

#63 - "That's Pretty Damn Sad"

Rockman tries to attack, but because of his attack areas being clogged, the attack backfires and explodes Rockman.
